This photo initially struck me as yet another fleeting journalistic moment of chaos, then realized how formal and structured the composition was, before reflecting on how much it really resembled yet another family snapshot that they will someday reflect upon with a tear and a smile.

That is exactly why it caught my eye as well. It is devestating... yet it's beautiful and formal. It is a family snapshot. It's also capturing a more subtle part of history without being too abrassive.

Not only is Wyatt a wonderful photographer with detailed images......he's a man with a great personality. I had a chance to meet him at Center this past spring-a.k.a. Review Santa Fe.
